I really liked this facility. I needed to store books for several months and the building with my unit was in the back and pretty new. Jeremy and the other staff are polite and responsive, the property is clean, and my unit, which I used to store paper goods was clean and dry. No weird smells. Pretty temperature controlled. Perfect, really for what I needed. Compared to the Public Storage on Fair Oaks, which I tied before this and which is a rat infested, damp/leaky, moldy smelling facility in Sunnyvale, this experience was ... read more

Mark and Aaliyah were very professional and took really good care during my visit. I had an appointment and Mark took me around the lot in the golf cart to look at the unit that I was interested in and also other available units as alternate options. The entire storage rental process was thoroughly explained and Mark patiently answered all of my questions from bugs, rent increases to break-ins, and he was very honest about it, which I really appreciate. This is a wonderful storage facility! I could tell from the first moment - the office (and entire facility) is immaculately clean, well organized, well stocked, and the staff was extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. Great Experience! We had to downsize and needed a space to transition some household items. We had the pleasure of speaking with Liz who was professional, extremely friendly and genuinely interested in helping us find the right solution. Thank you Liz! Let's just say it, moving is STRESSFUL. And even though looking at a storage unit is a bit easier, it's confusing, takes time, and costs money we all feel like we don't have. JOSH made whole experience a walk in the park!!! My husband and I are moving while I am 35-36 weeks pregnant (woof..).
