This is my second time renting a storage at this location. Although Extraspace is not the cheapest price around, the customer service at the Lawrence Station location is by far the best I have seen compared to other locations I have rented from, making the extra few dollars more a month that I pay worth paying! In my opinion, the facility manager, who also lives on the property! Is by far, the best I have had the pleasure to meet! He (Mark) is very polite, professional & helpful. Liz & Mark did an excellent job helping me move my storage from one Extra Space Storage to their location. They went over & above what I expected to make the transition easier for me. I just wish Extra Space Storage wouldn't keep raising my rent!!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Showed me around before signing. They were also thoughtful to bring a new lock with them to show me how it works. They also respected all of the COVID-19 social distancing guidelines (had masks, hand sanitizer, wore gloves when handling documents, took separate elevators, etc.)
