I appreciate the care with which the office staff helped me figure out what I needed for storage. The fact that they have late evening hours is a big plus for me as well.

This is the nicest storage place that I've ever seen. And the manager is so great and friendly. He really helps you figure out your storage needs, without trying to upsell you. Talking to him is really useful. Also, you get to ride around in a golf cart. The signup was really fast, and there's no surprises.

This place is very professional in every way. The facilities are clean, units well kept. I have never been to a storage facility that had one of the best customer service from beginning when I called to the end when I made my purchase. They are very flexible. Thank you!!

I have been renting here for over two years. Mark, the manager has been here that entire time. I think it's great because often times you show up places and it is different associates and no consistency. You can see him painting the curbs, checking the locks on the storages, and answering the phone. He see he truly care about his job and the other associates. No place is prefect. And it's how you recover from certain issues that arise. Mark know how to handle much of these. Sure, I don't like price increases. Howeve... read more

3 is about right...not bad, but not good either. Their staff is nice, but I had leaves blown into my unit and it made a big mess of all my things. I had those plastic drawers and leaves and dirt were blown into my drawers. In addition, some folks told me I'd be able to throw things into the dumpsters, but every time I tried to throw even one or two small things, I'd get attitude. Opened up a storage unit today with my husband. We got a 5x10 and it seemed clean and well kept which eases my worries of roaches and other pests. Also thank you for the great customer service JESSICA! She made things quick and easy for us. If you want to be greeted with a smile and friendly personal store your valuables or junk here.

Mark was very helpful! I would give him 20 stars if possible. Got me as a brand new customer with in 25mins and we rushed..... so make sure you make time ahead of time and do your research because it takes awhile to do anything. Dude helped me save money which is awesome..... Thank you!!!! Why is the review kind of low......well when you sign the contract their is an Arbitration clause!!!! Wtf!? Really nice people! It was quick and easy to get the storage. I have relatives that have rented from here and never complained once! Very happy with this place.
