Really nice people! It was quick and easy to get the storage. I have relatives that have rented from here and never complained once! Very happy with this place.
These guys were fabulous! I needed a place to store my car ASAP and they were able to offer me a spot, get me into the office, handle all the paperwork, provide me with easy access, and get me on my way. They were lifesavers and I couldn't say enough nice things about the entire process. What a crew!
PLEASE SEE THIS PLACE... I came over to see David on my lunch break. In 15 mins I was signing my simple electronic agreement and out the door before I knew it. This place is spotless, the office is in perfect condition, the unit was clean and ready for use. I even got to ride on a golf cart. Thank you Mark for helping me out today. I was literally in and out for selection of a unit. Experience was smooth and free of complications. Mark was Very friendly and informative. He answered all our questions and leaving us satisfied with his knowledge. Definitely will recommend this place.
I booked the storage unit online and there were some extra costs (like an admin fee), but the insurance was optional. I chose to get the insurance because it's a nominal fee. The gentleman that was onsite was professional and friendly. Since I may need the storage unit for longer than the initial term, they are very flexible in allowing me the extra time. This was so fast and easy to book the storage space. I reserved an available spot online, arrived and met David who was not only ready for me but also guessed who I was. We went through the process of signing the paper work and he even informed me that I could use my own insurance to cover the items I was going to store. He got me set and I was in the unit dropping my gear off with in half an hour. Thank you for being so clear and efficient!
My first experience with a storage facility was very easy and smooth. Kristopher and David (?) made the experience a pleasant one, good to know they will be watching over the facility. The site is clean and the gate is always closed. Turning out to be a good move?
