Overall great experience at this location. The area around it is nice and clean and so are the grounds of the storage facility. It's also very quiet and not congested. Holly made the process very smooth and was upfront about the pricing. She was very knowledgeable and gave us all of our options to help right-fit us with the unit that fit our needs. She was also very patient and polite. I'm so glad I chose this place over the others.
Kevin was wonderful had a very easy and professional experience. He made information crystal clear and was honest! Give that man a raise!

Manager is the most helpful person I've experienced in service since 2020 across the board. They better hold on to him and treat him good because I have referred 12 customers there so far and we all only still have units sole because of his customers service and helpfulness. Tier is also so lovely and goes over and above on service! I can not recommend them enough!

This Extra Space Storage is very well maintained, very clean, and well lit. I feel very safe going into my storage and happy to have my own code for entry and exit assuring the management is aware of who is in the area. I appreciate the text reminder of when my payment is due, and was notified when there was a problem with my billing allowing me to resolve the issue immediately.
