Constant rent & insurance increases. Rent has gone up 40% in 23 months. They claim supply and demand but things are out of hand. The additional cost of renting a truck to move my stuff is a burden but it's finally time. They are taking advantage of renters. There is also apparently a city well under the property and access to the facility is closed for 3 days every year for maintenance on it. Learned that the hard way. I pulled up to my storage today to see cones blocking the entrance. I called the number & was directed to Ethan (I believe was his name) who informed me that this facility is closed for 3 days due to construction. I asked why I WAS NOT informed that I would not be able to access my storage during these days. I was told there was a letter sent out to the mailing address on file & also an email. Guess what? This place is very expensive....it seems like every 3 months they bump up your rent. I have a large unit and I went from 165.00 to now at 216.00..going to find another place to store my stuff. STAY AWAY!!!!!

DO NOT store with this company!!! I've been a customer of theirs for six months now. I am what you would consider the perfect customer, take my money and I store my stuff done deal. Never gone to the office for any reason. No problems No late payments Nothing. Without notice they bumped up my rent 10%. When I spoke to them they tell me it was because I was below market value and I'll be "ELIGIBLE" for another review at the end of the year. Which to me means you're gonna bump me up another 10%. its sad how they trick you in letting you know you are getting a "deal" and 3 months later they increase your rate. When I signed the contract, I was told I should sign that day so we can "lock in the rate and stay as long as I wanted" 1) I was never told my rate could change 2) I was lied too 3) Ricardo was no help trying to keep a satisfied customer. I would stay away from this place. they paint the picture a little too cute.
