I had a great experience with the staff at extra space in Rialto. We needed two storage units while we were moving from one home to another and had a couple months gap in between. The staff was always kind and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. When we removed everything from one of the units, they called me to ask if I wanted to move out before I had the chance to notify them. Would definitely come back if we ever needed.

We had a storage unit at this facility for 18 months. The facilities are always clean. There has never been a problem with insects or rodents, which is a huge relief. The customer service is absolutely wonderful. They make you feel like family. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage unit. Please allow me to share my experience. I had been renting a unit for about a year and my monthly payment went up $80 which was almost double my monthly payment. I understand that's associated with cost of living etc. So I went in the office to express my dilema and I was kindly greeted by Shannon. I told him my story and he was able to accommodate me with a new unit just a few feet away from my old one for less under a new contract. That worked out great.
