I've had a wonderful experience from the start, Ricardo was very helpful. He answered all my questions, he helped me select the perfect storage unit for all my belongings. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. It's a very clean and we'll kept facility you will not be disappointed. Thanks again

I've been a loyal customer for a couple of years I've never been late I've never complained and I never go to my outside unit I got this postcard in the mail saying they're raising my rent from a 190 to 247.00 That is $57 a month more that's huge It's Almost $700 a year increase Price gouging at its absolute finest. Most people don't have a choice When they need a storage unit .

It's a very good storage complex except for the general manager. Her customer service needs retraining that's for sure. I left because of the upcoming $100 increase during a recession which seems too much.

I have had this storage unit for 4 years now. Payments have never been missed or late. Frustrating that they go UP every 3 months. Started at 100/mo and now I just received another notice that it will be at 246/mo. Ridiculous prices, just wish there was another facility near.

I have had a unit for a couple years now and I should've moved out maybe two years ago but the problem is is that what they keep giving me liens because every single time I'm trying to move out I can't get into my damn unit because they didn't send me to the keys they say they didn't change I had been simultaneously renting a second unit that I never ended up using but it was half the price of my unit 2/3s the size. Stay AWAY from extra space storage they give you a low rate to bring you in then increase your rate a few months after without even telling you !!!! I was paying 210 for a 10x10 unit and not even two months later they increased it to 290$ without even telling me. What if that was all the money I had left for the week and you just took all the extra money I had bc you are scammers and didn't tell me about increasing my rent. Should be illegal to do that!!! WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! They hike the price up DRAMATICALLY!!! I began renting the storage in 4/21. The price was $287.20. Then they waited until I completely moved in just four short months later to hike the monthly rate to a whopping $330.20 (that's an extra $43 each month)!!!!! INSANE. And now just 13 months later. My rate is $389.20!!!!!!!!!!!! So now they are charging me $102 MORE each month. That's $1,224 MORE a year! Their current listing for my exact size on their site is $285 a month. I got this storage 1/5/22 the storage place was very clean and customer service was great! But 5 months later piece increase drastically!! From $235 to now $311!! That's ridiculous went up atleast 30% don't get storage space here unless you are willing for your price to increase drastically within a few months. I use to have public storage and yes the price did increase but not by this much and it would increase after a few years.
