RecommendedI've rented here the last 2 years & the staff are always friendly here, the grounds are always kept clean, & they take very good care of you here- very accommodating.
The Manager Ricardo was so nice to us. He is very professional and made us feel comfortable. I recommend this facility !
Bad experience. Within a 12 month period, the monthly rent was raised for $95 per month to $220 per month. I believe they rely on the fact that once you move in, it's difficult for you to move out. I purchased a cargo trailer for the amount of one years rent and store my stuff in that. Not going to let anyone rip me off!
