I am a current long term tenant and just received another rent increase. They give me one every 6 months. When I called the site to question the increase I found out the real reason behind there motives. They are currently evicting over 400 tenants because they plan to do construction at the site to bulid more units. What a rip-off!!!!We have been here for over a year and a half and we started out paying $109 and now we pay $158.00. The unit is not even climate controlled and when it rained last year water came into our unit and the moisture caused all of our boxes to get soft and cave in on each other. Staff basically just said file an insurance claim. The reason you have things in storage is because they are items that you can't replace and mean something to you...so just to say "file a claim" basically means they don't care. We live ... read more
