Prices are ridiculously high and are always increasing. To top it off the units are not sealed so mice and insects get in there easy.

They raise your rent every 90 days and claim thats normal business their units are not air tight and allow spisers and rodents to invade not to mention the sand

We've been renting a unit for 5 years now and since Covid they raise the cost soooo much, every 4-5 months! We had to move to a smaller unit in the same building since the cost online was half of the cost they wanted us to pay. And after 3 months they raise it again by approximately 70% it is impossible to be paying so much!!! We love the location but unfortunately we will have to move out. We were paying $280 (increase of $85 in less than 6 months) and now they raised it again to $327 for a medium size unit.

I recommend this place if you're looking for a short term self storage. It's clean and easy to access, I don't no about staff because I never met anyone works here. I received email notice regarding monthly fee raise by 50% after only 3 months. Come on... 50% raise after only 3 months of rent? I would never rent a unit if I new my fee will raise in three months and by 50%..

I had planned to rent a 10x10 storage for 1-2 years and chose this place because of the location and its newer. But two months in I received a rent increase notice of 75%....without warning nor did I have a low promo rate to begin with. Needless to say I'm planning to move everything out in short order. Avoid this place as the bait-and-switch pricing tactics are rampant....just as other reviewers had stated.

This business does not value repeat or long term customers. If you need ongoing storage don't rent from them. They count due dates wrong and denied me access to the entire facility for a new space I paid in full, and another one also paid in full, because they claimed my 3rd storage was 6 days past due when it wasn't!! And they knew about it when I was on the phone buying the new one, but didn't tell me they would do that. They promised me access. this company raised the unit rent from 200 to 300$ in only 4 months after the first month without notification. not reliable I was out of the country and couldn't do anything. be careful with this scam

This place is a scam. I accidently missed a single month payment and they put a lean on my storage as soon as the second month's payment was due. They didn't even wait past the 10 day grace period of paying the bill. The young "manager" argues to me saying that is normal and gave me all kinds of excuses. Thankfully I have a very small storage that is easy to move. She says this is in the lease so be warned that this will happen to you sooner or later.
