Jessica is the best! I've been renting units at this location off and on for years and have never had a single issue. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, professional, easy storage solution.

Fast.. friendly and courteous. . Storage is clean and gate access is secure. . Good price and first month was free ! :-) the even have need rolling carts for free use.. dont buy packing boxes there.. its cheaper at home depot. .

Stored items there for a few years. Jacked my rates from $150 to over $300+ in a short time. Requested my online account be fixed bc I couldn't sign in with my email. Made numerous requests of front office staff and location manager. Told me it would be fixed and 4 years later it still wasn't fixed. Finally asked again and staff member advised they spelled my name wrong the entire time. Complete morons and manager was nasty every time I spoke with her. I've had storage units with Extra Space Storage for many years for my business. I'm constantly having to change units because they will arbitrarily raise your rate after even 2-3 months of moving into it. I moved into a new unit in October of 2024 for a rate of $171.00 a month, then less than 3 months later they raised it to $272.00! Outrageous!!!

Prices are ridiculously high and are always increasing. To top it off the units are not sealed so mice and insects get in there easy.

They raise your rent every 90 days and claim thats normal business their units are not air tight and allow spisers and rodents to invade not to mention the sand

We've been renting a unit for 5 years now and since Covid they raise the cost soooo much, every 4-5 months! We had to move to a smaller unit in the same building since the cost online was half of the cost they wanted us to pay. And after 3 months they raise it again by approximately 70% it is impossible to be paying so much!!! We love the location but unfortunately we will have to move out. We were paying $280 (increase of $85 in less than 6 months) and now they raised it again to $327 for a medium size unit.
