Wow! Where to start?! Max is highly knowledgeable and sold me within minutes. He even helped me understand what I needed. What great customer service he provides. I'm usually methodical about making these sorts of decisions, but he had me leaning in to make a very fast and confident decision. Deneen, Ariel and Shawna are such great friendly ladies :) Thank you ladies for always giving such great customer service from beginning to end. Thank you Deneen for being awesome and helpful to my husband and I when we were looking for a storage. I've been to a few storage places & you guys are by far the best in customer service! Will definitely recommend this to friends and I will come back if I ever need a storage again! Thank you Ladies! :)

The staff that I encounter was helpful. However when i was moving in my items, i notice my 5 x 5 was actually a 5 x 4.2. Maybe there should be a discount if they are cheating almost 1/5th of the space that they advertised. There seems to be plenty of large carts available to use. Bathroom and water fountain available. Good elevator system. Building seems new and clean. Cylinder lock required and cost around $16 if you don't already have one. This facility happens to be my 6th storage facility since my journey with storage began and you would have to really twist my arm to make me want to leave. This is a brand new concrete facility with a leader in the storage world running it and it shows. From the time you reserve a unit online until the time you rent your 8th unit, (kidding.... kinda... )the staff are all equipped with the tools and training to keep the ball rolling smoothly. this storage facility is by far the best!! Their pricing is lower than all others in the area, their facility is new and very clean, their units are much larger than others of the same size at different facilities, their referral bonus is better than other facilities in the area too!! Great value and awesome staff. I browsed the website for info and pricing and they matched the online price. Easy sign up onsite and the whole facility was clean with ease of navigation. I definitely feel secure storing my goods at this location!
