RecommendedYesterday I rented a space at the Extra Space Storage at 11635 Washington Blvd. My son was supposed to help me but I found out after I had rented the storage that he had to work the weekend. So now I do not need a space down the hill I need a space in the high desert. I called this morning & spoke with Tina asking if this predicament can be resolved. She was able to help me cancel the space so now I can rent a space at the Extra Space Storage in Hesperia. Thank you so much Tina!!!!!!! *****

Christine and Andrew assisted me a great deal. They worked with me when I locked myself out, lost my keys, changed storage units, and payment updates. They are both kind, very patient, and excellent customer service. I will truly miss coming in there. I really enjoyed the team and the location is great. The price is highly competitive for the market.
