I really like the good customer service that I get from Christina and Andrew every single time that I ask for help or information. Both of them are very courteous and I get treated with respect and I plan to recommend this storage facility to anyone that I know is looking for a place to store their items. Keep up the good work
I was looking for something close to home and economical, I came across this storage company, gave them a call and to my surprise they were the best price I found. Christina helped me out, she made everything so easy and smooth to rent out the space. When I got to the facility she was super friendly, cheerful, and helpful. If you are looking for a storage company to rent I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

I am writing about a recent experience where, on a Sunday, at the facility in Santa Fe Springs on Slauson, I had a huge problem ( my lock got stuck on my unit door). I went into a panic. Since it was a Sunday, the office was closed but I thought maybe someone might be around. A woman came out on the balcony and said that her husband was not there at the moment and while I was explaining my situation to her, by the grace of God, her husband was driving onto the premises. I had so much to deal with after my mom passed. Christina was great. She was able to get my mom's account squared away with just one phone call and arrange for us to clear out the unit in a time frame that suited our needs. Very patient, very kind, very understand, and most of all very accommodating. If this is how they conduct business, I highly recommend.
