The people there, like Jessica, are very helpful and polite. They are responsive, even when they are busy. I never had a bad experience there, except finding a flat bed, the are hard to find sometimes. But even then the staff will help you out in finding one.

I am writing about a recent experience where, on a Sunday, at the facility in Santa Fe Springs on Slauson, I had a huge problem ( my lock got stuck on my unit door). I went into a panic. Since it was a Sunday, the office was closed but I thought maybe someone might be around. A woman came out on the balcony and said that her husband was not there at the moment and while I was explaining my situation to her, by the grace of God, her husband was driving onto the premises. I had so much to deal with after my mom passed. Christina was great. She was able to get my mom's account squared away with just one phone call and arrange for us to clear out the unit in a time frame that suited our needs. Very patient, very kind, very understand, and most of all very accommodating. If this is how they conduct business, I highly recommend.
