They allow thieves to continue to have access to the facility. Our unit was broken into and they have video of the thieves going into the elevator and coming out of the elevator with our property. Supposedly they have state of the art security and you need an access code to get into the front gate and into the elevator. Yet they can’t help us. So either they don’t care or property manager is in on it.
