Great costumer service from Christina! She was so kind to me and my son showing us the units and the amenities they came with and even gave me a better deal with a bigger storage unit. If you need anything she your lady for the job

Hi I just moved in to Extra Space storage as Christina welcome me helping me every way possible making it so easy to make my decisions on the size of storage and with my insurance needed. Very friendly staff and understanding if your payment doesn't go through; they make sure that they try again before you receive a late fee which is amazing because not most companies do that. The facility he is always well lit and clean and my things have been there for a few years now have no complaints.

I called to make a payment on 4/12/23 . It's always a pleasure to speak to a pleasant voice. The young man, I think his name was Christian , was so helpful. He was quick, efficient, helpful and pleasant. This is why I phone in my payments . You always get a pleasant person
