Great facility and monitoring. Entire facility is gated and monitored 24/7. Facilities are clean and maintained. Customer service was impeccable. More than 1 employee at this location went above and beyond for me. They are a pleasure to do business with and could have not made my storage unit renting experience any better. I've been with Extra Space Storage in Santa Fe Springs for 7 years. I've rented extra Space Storage near my place few times but I always come back in this location. Reasons are, managers and workers are great. Very helpful, friendly, and great of calling you in case you forgot your payment to avoid late charge fee. Awesome right?! Also for few months I was out of work they understood my situation and gave me time to pay my Storage when I can without harassing me everyday. I highly recommend this place. Wasn't the happiest person walking in to get a unit but the guy in the office was really cool and super helpful. I didn't know how big any of he units were so he took my dog and I for a little ride on the cart. I guess he was watching me on the cameras when I thought I was at the right building. Luckily he caught me before i took the elevator. Thank him so much for that. He pointed me to the next building and said it was the last one. Kinda felt dumb but that's normal.
