Kacie and Brittany were both very helpful in finding me the storage space with the right size and conditions to my preference! I was initially directed to a different location in Santa Clara but Kacie helped me reserve the Scott blvd facility as I wanted climate control. Brittany helped with contactless check in and even showed me to my space. The experience was great and the facility was clean and secure :)
