I would rather give them 2.5 stars but that isn't an option. Overall they are pretty nice and the facility is clean. Rents are a bit high in my opinion. The thing I'm most unhappy about is that the refuse to refund any excess rent when you move out. If you've paid on the first and move out on the second, you lose all of that money. I had to units here and ended up losing $150 that last month in rent I'd paid but couldn't get back. Homeless, Mentally and Physically Handicap person. Ive been trying to help him move his belongings into a cheaper place. On the 14th of the month I moved him out of extra space. The Women that works the desk could not return half his rent due to a policy. So after I emptied his storage unit I put a lock back on it. The women told me to remove the lock. I told her he is paid until the end of the month and if they wanted to refund his money I will remove the lock. If not I will be back on the 31st to remove the lock. They ca... read more

Call around looking for units being very specific about needs - outside, drive up entrance directly to unit. Response - oh yes we have it!! Boss likes unit, signs contract. I go to put stuff into it today and pull into parking lot, insert code at double doors, go inside get flatbed cart, truck it to my car, load up, insert code AGAIN to open double doors, wander unmarked hallways rolling said flatbed cart till unit is found. They cost more than Lake City Storage and you have to deal with sleazy salespeople. The guy on the phone was using all the classic sleazy sales techniques. I couldn't get off the phone fast enough.
