The level of service and accommodation is very high, for this location. Love! However, the chain charges by the month, so, be forewarned even if you need it for a week or less, you will be paying rental and insurance for the whole month. In my case I got lucky and there was a first month 1/2 off special, but it was still more than I wanted to pay. I was referred to Extra Space by a family member, and it turns out that several friends and other relatives all rent space here - and for good reason. The rental managers are genuinely kind, helpful and always available - such great customer service! There are people that help you because they have to - these folks help you because they WANT to - they are good (really good) at their jobs. Very clean facility! Great office staff - very professional! Misty and Vincent have been especially helpful to a member of our family. Misty was very patient and took the time to clarify issues and explain options - we really appreciate her assistance as we worked to downsize our relative's storage to a smaller unit.

Wow...extra space storage REALLY got it right at this facility!!! Vince, Misty, Ramona continue to find ways to improve their customer service. I have been coming to this location for about 6 months, and I love to see them. (Honestly, they make my day) they are so kind, Warm, and attentive. They go above and beyond with all their customers, as Well as keeping their location way above company standards. If you are looking for a storage unit, and don't choose this location you will be missing out!

I've had to use self storage several times in life and found this one to be clean , operating well, equipment available with friendly staff. Compared to other experiences, if I have to give money to store my stuff - I'd rather give it to them

We use Extra Space Storage for our business and these folks have been fantastic from start to finish. We love the site managers, the facility is immaculate and the hours 6am - 10pm (or 24 hours a day for business accounts) is far and away better than the competition. Did I mention they blew the field away with their pricing? I can't say enough good things about Extra Space.

I am at the end of my 18 month "stay" at Extra Space. We finally found another house - yay! I really cannot recommend Extra Space enough. Yes, there are some silly corporate policies but if you read your agreement you'll know what to do and not do regarding rent. The managers were wonderful to us. They pro-rated our final month's rent so we only had to pay for the three days we used. They told us how to avoid having to pay for the whole month (by not pre-paying w/ auto-pay). We chose Extra Space because we'd used them previously in another state and would choose them again in a second! Their rates are competitive without being too pricy, and I can not say enough good things about the office staff! They are so friendly and accomodating. I really feel like they care about their customers and are always willing to help out! I highly recommend this company and in particular, this location!
