We have had a storage space with Extra Space on 130th in Seattle for 3 years now. It is a convenient location for us and is always clean and well maintained. We recently needed to get a larger unit and Misty was very helpful in finding ways in which we could actually save money. The new parking area allowed for the moving truck we hired to park and unload quickly. I have confidence that our items are safe and well cared for. Thanks Misty and Vince!
This place is the Taj Mahal of storage companies! Everything about it is exceptional: the extremely helpful and dedicated staff (thank you Vince), the meticulous way it is run to protect your belongings, the sparkling cleanliness, and the physical layout. They have set the bar so high that I can never go back to any other storage business!

The experience so far has been amazing here! The prices are more than reasonable and the friendly atmosphere gives this place an at home feel. Like any storage facility there are rules to discourage loitering and I am all for that! Great service, great space, and great husband and wife duo team running the place...one of the best experiences with a staircase facility ever!

Misty and Vince were amazing - accommodating, professional, and kind. I had 'lost my mind' after a long day of moving - and it was still early. They were very kind and had proactively thought the move-in through for me. Without going in to detail they thought about temporary pass codes, in/out with an entire truck load, ... And the place was spotless. After having toured another location (not Extra Space) I was relieved to walk in to such a clean, well maintained, safe location. Very happy! Thank you!

Clean, Friendly and Helpful. Giving a 3 only because I am not extremely happy with the higher than average rate increases. Other than nice, nice storage facility.
Hands down, I had THE BEST customer service experience of my life! I wish ALL companies had a Brenda working there. In October, I had to put my belongings back into storage. Even though there was a storage facility near me in West Seattle, I opted to return to Extra Space Storage in north Seattle--my third time in eight years. The facility is clean, well lit, and well monitored. There is plenty of parking and access is easy--access to both the outer doors and the units themselves.
