We have had a storage space with Extra Space on 130th in Seattle for 3 years now. It is a convenient location for us and is always clean and well maintained. We recently needed to get a larger unit and Misty was very helpful in finding ways in which we could actually save money. The new parking area allowed for the moving truck we hired to park and unload quickly. I have confidence that our items are safe and well cared for. Thanks Misty and Vince!
This place is the Taj Mahal of storage companies! Everything about it is exceptional: the extremely helpful and dedicated staff (thank you Vince), the meticulous way it is run to protect your belongings, the sparkling cleanliness, and the physical layout. They have set the bar so high that I can never go back to any other storage business!

This review is for store 8546. Amber and Joseph both provide excellent customer service. Facility is easily accessible and always clean and well maintained. Best self storage space I have had so far!!!!!

The experience so far has been amazing here! The prices are more than reasonable and the friendly atmosphere gives this place an at home feel. Like any storage facility there are rules to discourage loitering and I am all for that! Great service, great space, and great husband and wife duo team running the place...one of the best experiences with a staircase facility ever!
Business response:

Misty and Vince were amazing - accommodating, professional, and kind. I had 'lost my mind' after a long day of moving - and it was still early. They were very kind and had proactively thought the move-in through for me. Without going in to detail they thought about temporary pass codes, in/out with an entire truck load, ... And the place was spotless. After having toured another location (not Extra Space) I was relieved to walk in to such a clean, well maintained, safe location. Very happy! Thank you!
I am the Office Manager at a Staffing agency in Everett and we've been using Extra Space Storage(we have a job in North Seattle that uses equipment so we needed a place to store it) for a few months now and couldn't be happier. Everything from the well kept facility to the fast, polite and efficient customer service that comes with it, is amazing! We recently had a small miscommunication between customer service and myself and they went out of their. This kind of service is paramount to running a successful business... read more
Storing with them was a great experience - especially during the stressful time of moving. We needed some extra space temporarily until our barn was ready to receive our last-minute items, and I was able to rent a 10x10 in a matter of minutes. The prices were fair and the people (the owners live on-site) were super helpful. My glass palette broke when I was moving it out and they helped me clean it up and put it in their dumpster. Above and beyond! Thanks Guys!
I cannot say enough about The Extra Space Storage on Austin Bluffs on Austin Bluffs! I was in a tough situation and she worked with me to find a good balance with my budget. Explained contract in detail, polite, efficient and friendly! Clean and feel very safe going there on my own at night!
