We had been shopping around for a storage unit to hold the belongings that we were moving out of our garage. We wanted something affordable with ample access hours and in a convenient location. We found all three at Extra Space Storage. Misty, the Store Manager, happily showed us several different sized units so that we could get a better idea visually of what sized unit we might need. Meghanne was a great help and great to work with to set up us with with a storage space.
We have had a storage space with Extra Space on 130th in Seattle for 3 years now. It is a convenient location for us and is always clean and well maintained. We recently needed to get a larger unit and Misty was very helpful in finding ways in which we could actually save money. The new parking area allowed for the moving truck we hired to park and unload quickly. I have confidence that our items are safe and well cared for. Thanks Misty and Vince!
This place is the Taj Mahal of storage companies! Everything about it is exceptional: the extremely helpful and dedicated staff (thank you Vince), the meticulous way it is run to protect your belongings, the sparkling cleanliness, and the physical layout. They have set the bar so high that I can never go back to any other storage business!

The experience so far has been amazing here! The prices are more than reasonable and the friendly atmosphere gives this place an at home feel. Like any storage facility there are rules to discourage loitering and I am all for that! Great service, great space, and great husband and wife duo team running the place...one of the best experiences with a staircase facility ever!

Misty and Vince were amazing - accommodating, professional, and kind. I had 'lost my mind' after a long day of moving - and it was still early. They were very kind and had proactively thought the move-in through for me. Without going in to detail they thought about temporary pass codes, in/out with an entire truck load, ... And the place was spotless. After having toured another location (not Extra Space) I was relieved to walk in to such a clean, well maintained, safe location. Very happy! Thank you!
