Storing with them was a great experience - especially during the stressful time of moving. We needed some extra space temporarily until our barn was ready to receive our last-minute items, and I was able to rent a 10x10 in a matter of minutes. The prices were fair and the people (the owners live on-site) were super helpful. My glass palette broke when I was moving it out and they helped me clean it up and put it in their dumpster. Above and beyond! Thanks Guys!

I cannot say enough about The Extra Space Storage on Austin Bluffs on Austin Bluffs! I was in a tough situation and she worked with me to find a good balance with my budget. Explained contract in detail, polite, efficient and friendly! Clean and feel very safe going there on my own at night!

Clean, Friendly and Helpful. Giving a 3 only because I am not extremely happy with the higher than average rate increases. Other than nice, nice storage facility.

Hands down, I had THE BEST customer service experience of my life! I wish ALL companies had a Brenda working there. Thank you Brenda for helping us with getting a unit, I very much appreciated your time and effort and more importantly being the friendliest person I have ever spoken to on the phone. Extra Space on 130th is as good as it gets! Management is professional and very helpful. Facility is so clean and bright and very secure. Rented a large unit which I am extremely satisfied with!

Extremely nice people and a wonderful facility. Storing stuff is expensive and the prices are comparable to other places, but this facility has a great feel to it...well-lit, nice smelling and comfortable. This is a handy place to have when you need it!

In October, I had to put my belongings back into storage. Even though there was a storage facility near me in West Seattle, I opted to return to Extra Space Storage in north Seattle--my third time in eight years. The facility is clean, well lit, and well monitored. There is plenty of parking and access is easy--access to both the outer doors and the units themselves. I had a completely positive here. I was moving from Los Angeles and needed somewhere to store everything from my house while I looked for housing in Seattle. Although I had little idea what size space I needed, what Vince recommended turned out to be exactly right. I didn't have to pay for space I didn't need, nor did I arrive with movers only to find out I needed another unit and none were available. On move-in and move-out days, they were helpful again.
