Extra Space on 130th is as good as it gets! Management is professional and very helpful. Facility is so clean and bright and very secure. Rented a large unit which I am extremely satisfied with!
Extremely nice people and a wonderful facility. Storing stuff is expensive and the prices are comparable to other places, but this facility has a great feel to it...well-lit, nice smelling and comfortable. This is a handy place to have when you need it!
In October, I had to put my belongings back into storage. Even though there was a storage facility near me in West Seattle, I opted to return to Extra Space Storage in north Seattle--my third time in eight years. The facility is clean, well lit, and well monitored. There is plenty of parking and access is easy--access to both the outer doors and the units themselves. I had a completely positive here. I was moving from Los Angeles and needed somewhere to store everything from my house while I looked for housing in Seattle. Although I had little idea what size space I needed, what Vince recommended turned out to be exactly right. I didn't have to pay for space I didn't need, nor did I arrive with movers only to find out I needed another unit and none were available. On move-in and move-out days, they were helpful again. This facility is very nice, warm and secure. However, the cost to rent storage space is astronomical. The only way anyone could afford to pay $450 per month for a 10x20 unit to store their junk is if they were rich. Thats almost the cost of a studio apt in someones basement, and you can live in a basement. Lets try more decent rental rates folks, like $225 per month. Thats a more realistic rate to keep my crap there and never visit for months on end.
Misty and Vicente are down to earth people, easy to work with and very vigilant. Besides them residing on site I really like that security codes are user friendly and property is secure. If you want to get better rates I'd advice going on line and getting online rates.
This Is simply the best storage place ever. Wonderful charming highly efficient staff and the cleanest neatest storage facility any where Oh yeah the prices are very reasonablel
