Horrible company. They changed my rent from $173 to $253 without even telling me and said it was because of the "market" uhhhh no. Moving out this week.

I love the place but they have no plan or protection when it rains. Our items were flooded our entire unit was covered in three inches of water.

When I initially decided to use this location I was very pleased because the customer service was exceptional. This is my second time using extra space storage in Burbank California, so I felt secure with my personal belongings, some of them extremely valuable to me, being secured at this location. I had the storage unit for approximately two months. Horrible experience, Veronica was very rude. Don't recommend it. I was moving in for 3 hours and was asked to leave because I was "taking too long" during open hours in the middle of the day. Rediculous.
I wouldn't be pleased if I were Corporate with this site perhaps being representative of Extra Space's image. 1) Price quoted on phone and internet not what I was presented upon going to site to sign up. 2) When I halted completing sign up - the manager did not void the transaction. It showed up on my credit card statement. I called the manager and his comment was 'we don't issue credits, you will have to file a claim for a disputed charge with your bank.'
