Had a unique situation where I needed someone to obtain access to my storage facility out of state. Nathan at the Utah location directed me to the location in Burbank and Imani was extremely pleasant and very helpful. Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Though I'm not so pleased with corporate, I couldn't be more pleased with this location, especially the site manager, Brian. His level of professionalism, customer service, responsiveness, and dedication to operating an exceptional site is unparalleled. I recently moved to California and was initially concerned about leaving my things so far away, but I know with Brian there, they're in good hands. He's an incredible asset to Extra Space and I highly recommend this location!

Loved it .. had a smooth experience!!! I came on reneged a 10x10 for 350 a month with the 2nd month free. Contactless reservation! The location is always empty . All units are drive up units and the staff is super friendly
The office folk are friendly and helpful. Facility is great, garage style storage. No scary hallways. Less shlepping.

Very nice storage facility, The manager very efficient. 2nd time I've rented with them.
This is a great place to store your extra stuff (punt intended). The location is super clean. The units are easy to get to. Management is very friendly and helpful.
Imani was wonderful! Imani was knowledgeable & honest. It was a fast & pleasant experience to rent the space. I look forward to continuing business with extra space storage!
