Veronica was very clear and forthcoming in presenting their storage solutions. She was very professional and above all very nice. She made us feel very welcome every time we came. The storage units were extremely clean and well maintained. They were ground level with garage door access which made moving in and out very easy. We were able to move out of an 18 wheeler which not every storage place can accommodate. Gate access was easy. We brought our own locks. Highly recommend

Veronica was great to work with. I was looking to store my car at the facility. She let me bring my car over to see if it would fit in the space. When it didn't, she checked the other Extra Space Storage facilities for me to see if they had any openings for units that would store my car. Even though nothing was available at the time from several other locations, she still provided excellent customer service and went the extra mile to help me. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone needing their services.

Veronica was very professional and got me the first time discount that had been inexplicably erased by the computer. She answered all my questions and did her utmost to make me feel comfortable storing my belongings here. The facility is spotless and each time I've been there I've seen the cleaning crew walking around sweeping and cleaning up. The location is convenient, in a safe neighborhood and its overall operation is very well run.

Experience at this Extra Space Storage was great! I am storing a household of things in a 10'x15' space for a few months. The facilities are new, clean and well maintainted. Veronica, the manager was very helpful and effecient in getting me set-up. I feel safe having my things stored here as well as coming and going to the facilities at any time of the day. The service at this Extra Space facility was exceptional. The on-site manager, Veronica was very helpful and accommodating. The facility is clean and well maintained. I have recommended this Extra Space facility on Thornton Avenue in Burbank to many of my friends and colleagues.
