Great customer service, great location, very clean grounds. I secured a spot for my travel trailer. Solid security, good hours for access. I feel comfortable and confidant with my choice

Beware dishonest initial pricing, they raised my rent by 79% after my first four months. Other than that, I've encountered no issues. The facilities are clean and appear secure. I appreciate that there are push carts available for use, and convenient parking has always been available.

Super friendly staff. Great storage options, and reliable. I used their storage services on two separate occasions as I attended school in Orange County and would move back home for the summer. They also proved to be very helpful when the pandemic hit and I had to move out. Overall great services

Some times Yelp is a pain. I can't figure out how to update my review. I recently relocated out of Orange County, CA. Sadly it is my home but the craziness going on there in politics along with the ridiculous cost of living chased me & many others out. I moved at the beginning of March, put everything in storage, found a place to settle then had to struggle to get my things to my new home state. I urgently needed storage. Called 5:00 am and by 9:30 am I was moving my stuff into my unit. The best service and great prices too!

Very seamless rental, courteous and informative staff. Reserved online and an hour later I had a storage shed for my family. Great experience! Highly recommend.

The staff I dealt with was very friendly, courteous, and professional. One staff member showed me around the facility and took me to my storage unit so I could check it out. He answered all my questions. The day I wanted to move in I wasn't going to be able to get there before the office closed so the staff member helped me over the phone to complete all the move in steps. The unit was clean. The only problem was that the lock was not removed from the storage unit so I had to come back the next day to try to move in. The lo... read more

We have stored out belongings here for 3 years. This storage facility has never disappointed us. It is always immaculate, very secure and temperature controlled. Teaduly accessible rolling dollies, and wide aisles is a big plus too!

I downsized from a large house in the Midwest to a studio apartment in Orange County. Had stuff I wasn't ready to get rid of, so for the last 5 years I have been renting a large climate-controlled storage unit at this location. This portion of the facility was built only a few years ago and the entire place is incredibly clean and bug-free. I bought gorilla racks from a nearby Costco to maximize the space.
