The staff I dealt with was very friendly, courteous, and professional. One staff member showed me around the facility and took me to my storage unit so I could check it out. He answered all my questions. The day I wanted to move in I wasn't going to be able to get there before the office closed so the staff member helped me over the phone to complete all the move in steps. The unit was clean. We have stored out belongings here for 3 years. This storage facility has never disappointed us. It is always immaculate, very secure and temperature controlled. Teaduly accessible rolling dollies, and wide aisles is a big plus too!

I downsized from a large house in the Midwest to a studio apartment in Orange County. Had stuff I wasn't ready to get rid of, so for the last 5 years I have been renting a large climate-controlled storage unit at this location. This portion of the facility was built only a few years ago and the entire place is incredibly clean and bug-free. I bought gorilla racks from a nearby Costco to maximize the space. The Manager was professional and took care of my storage needs timely. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Great price and location for my needs. The facility is well maintained and had access gates and security system.

There are several different sizes available, and the storage units here are clean. The friendly, helpful staff helped me pick exactly the right size unit for my needs :-) I've been storing my extra stuff here (I'm still looking for a permanent place with more room) since I relocated to OC. It's easy to access, convenient, and the manager is super nice and a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience at this location. I was impressed at how clean the place is. Very easy to rent and staff was extremely helpful. I was even walked to my storage unit! Will most definitely recommend.

Great location, clean area (entire lot, units, etc). Customer service has always been very helpful and I haven't had a single concern. I moved from Public Storage based on space needs and location. The price was better than I was receiving previously for a smaller unit and this one is ground floor. Can't recommend enough - great place if you are looking for easy access, safe, clean, secure storage.

Absolute Pleasure renting at this facility. After fleeing a rat infested Public Storage unit anything would be great, but I'm basing this on years of storage experience. Vicki and Lexa were phenomenal the whole time. At inquiry, at move in, when I forgot my code, through the monthly courtesy calls because I kept forgetting to pay. I met Vicki during my first visit and I was very impressed with her professionalism. She had my rental reservation ready and contract up on the screen for me to review and sign. The facility is VERY CLEAN!!! After a few weeks, I had an issue with spiders, so I drove down to advise the staff of this issue. Lexxa and Vicki immediately got some spider spray, we all jumped on the cart and they sprayed my unit. Now that's VIP service! I always know I will be greeted with smiles when I walk in the door.
