Great service, kind and beautiful staff. There protection is thorough. Unintentionally, I tested it and the alarm is loud enough to scare off Ocean's 11.
We have been renting storage here and I am so pleased with an excellent service Vicki provided us. She is a sweetheart and has gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this storage place to all people who are looking for excellent service. Thank you Vicki for all you have done!
I have had my storage unit here since July and have been the happiest I have been with storage. I have referred several people who have had the same experience. The pricing is affordable and the staff has been so helpful. Vikki has been awesome to deal with and has even helped with advice on the best unit for me.
My boyfriend and I got a storage unit here and so far we are very happy. Its nicely sized, the staff is friendly and the area is always nice and clean. They have specials that you can find online from time t o time and they have temperature controlled units which are great. They also have different sized units depending on what you are putting in them. If you live around the Spectrum its super convenient too.
I need to update my review. This location at Laguna Cyn Rd recently changed management. The new "girl," and I do mean girl is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Calling for help to get something simple done such as paying for my rent due is difficult. After 10 years of great service, this is a shock and will look elsewhere unless or until they fire this inexperienced girl who obviously does not know what service means!

How many times are they going to raise my rent. Just got another unit in May and get a notice it went from $103 to $136 after 4 months!! I never had such an increase with other storage facilities

Don't fall for their bait and switch. Needed a rental in February when my roommate put me in the position of having to end my lease suddenly. Shopped all around the Irvine area for the best deal because Im low income and don't have the funds in my budget. Found this place advertised with a great rate, 121 per mo was what i signed up for. Well four months later and my rent is increasing over $100 to $226 starting first week of June. They don't even have the decency to email you about it, just send you a shitty little postcard... read more

I just had a horrible experience with an Extra Space employee. I am moving out as a result of many price increases, the most recent being $77.00 more per month. My unit is on the second floor so I need to access the elevator. The call button hasn't been working for the past few days so today I contacted the office.
