The staff there is amazing. Especially the manager (sorry can't remember your name off top of my head) so helpful and always remembers my name and is smiling. Such a joy to walk in there. Feel like if I ever have a problem or issue they'll be very helpful. Prices are really reasonable too. This is my second time using them. Definitely recommend them. Clean and new facility is great. Thanks David

Good security and like others have said the alarms are really good and loud the only downfall is tones of spiders. I have one of the drive ups and have found 2 black widows and tones of other spiders every time I've gone to storage. Wish they would spray or something but as far as security to your belongings it's great and the access hours are great as well. Would deff give 5 stars if there weren't to many spiders

This has got to be the best storage place in Orange County! The staff are so friendly, helpful, prompt, nice to work with. My storage unit is sparkling clean. I'm so glad I found this place!

Great service, kind and beautiful staff. There protection is thorough. Unintentionally, I tested it and the alarm is loud enough to scare off Ocean's 11.

We have been renting storage here and I am so pleased with an excellent service Vicki provided us. She is a sweetheart and has gone above and beyond for us. I highly recommend this storage place to all people who are looking for excellent service. Thank you Vicki for all you have done!

I have had my storage unit here since July and have been the happiest I have been with storage. I have referred several people who have had the same experience. The pricing is affordable and the staff has been so helpful. Vikki has been awesome to deal with and has even helped with advice on the best unit for me.

My boyfriend and I got a storage unit here and so far we are very happy. Its nicely sized, the staff is friendly and the area is always nice and clean. They have specials that you can find online from time t o time and they have temperature controlled units which are great. They also have different sized units depending on what you are putting in them. If you live around the Spectrum its super convenient too.

I need to update my review. This location at Laguna Cyn Rd recently changed management. The new "girl," and I do mean girl is unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Calling for help to get something simple done such as paying for my rent due is difficult. After 10 years of great service, this is a shock and will look elsewhere unless or until they fire this inexperienced girl who obviously does not know what service means!
