Extra space here is my go to storage facility!Absolutely love this place. Claudia and the whole management team who work with her are literal lifesavers after my parents passed. It was so hard to find the correct place to put our belongings but they helped me every step of the way I highly recommend this place For their courteous help, attention to detail, cleanliness and kind disposition. Very welcoming to New and old storage users. A++

Claudia was extraordinary, we explained what we needed and she gave us options on different units ! And was so patient and welcoming with me and my husband.

Rio was amazing!!! I was greeted right away very nicely, all of my questions and concerns were answered and Ron went up and beyond to assist me with finding the right size storage. Rio also explained the process of accessing the storage unit which was much needed being this was my first time renting from extra space storage. The facility was clean, smelled really good and well organized. I would definitely recommend extra space storage but specifically the west Oakland location where Rio works

I've stored my belongings at Extra Space for years and have never had a problem. The facility is clean and well maintained . The office team have always been very helpful, especially Rio. I would recommend veryifying the size of the space before committing as we had some issues with a discrepancy between the 'advertised' size of the space and the 'actual' size of some units we were looking at.

The customer service that I received at Extra Space was 10/10. Claudia and Rio are a great team. Each time I have gone into Extra Space I was treated with kindness and compassion. Claudia took the time the explain the storage contract, fees, and the monthly easy pay.
