I love this place! There is always a dolly/trolley available, and i hardly ever see anyone in my hallway, where there is always good music. The manager is very friendly, and it seems very safe, even at night. Yep, good one. First month free, too, no contract. Score!

This place is awesome. Good location (right next to the 580), really new facilities with a well integrated security system, and very attentive management. I have been very impressed with my experience there thusfar and really have nothing to complain about (unlike reviews below, I wasn't required to do any fingerprinting so maybe their policy has changed). Not sure what I think about the fingerprinting, to be honest. That is a bit weird for me, and it's my own fault for not recognizing the possible security issue there so I'm knocking off one star (too bad I can't do that for my own common sense, huh?). This was hands down the most helpful and sweet customer service experience I've had during a move. Serena was super patient while I figured out which size unit I might need (and she showed me quite a few), offered up useful advice, helped me get a great deal, and was just generally a dream to work with. We just signed up for storage here. Serena was very courteous and thorough in helping us get set up. The facility looks to be in near-perfect condition inside and out. As one of the other reviews mentioned, the area is a little run-down, but that's pretty common for storage facilities in general. They have 24-hour video surveillance and you have to enter your code once to enter the building and again to use the elevators. Their new deal where you get 2 months free is pretty awesome.

This place is actually a perfect storage facility. The staff is extremely helpful and personable (especially Ashley). The units are very, very clean with high ceilings. The neighborhood is a little shady, but security seems rock solid. Store here.

Very clean,newly built storage spot here in Emeryville.The manager Jewel was very friendly, upbeat and was very patient with showing me several units to make sure I found the right fit.I felt like I made a very good decision when picking this place to store my belongings. Highly recommended to all!

As others have indicated this facility routinely baits and switches pricing arbitrarily on customers. They raised our rates by 50% with zero notice. I will never do business with these people again- BUYER BEWARE

You tell me if they DEFRAUDED THEIR CUSTOMER. The unit was advertised as 5'x10'. (see photos) They promise 50 square feet of storage space. (see photos) That's their declared offer on their website. On the contract it reads "approximate" size, 5'x10'. (see photos) When I finally measured the dimensions, the usable square footage was 45", or approximately 4'. (see photos) That's a whopping 15" square inches (over a foot) short of the deal we made. They promoted a 5'x10' and charged me for a 5'x10' and gave me a 4'x10'. That's... read more
