It's a very nice, clean facility. The staff are helpful and mostly courteous. However, like many of these commercial storage places they pulled a bait and switch on me with the "first month free" scam. When you get there it's "sorry but that space has been rented." Then they show you a more expensive closet and suddenly you've gone from $89 a month to $129 a month (plus all the absurd one-time fees, the lock, etc.). It's clean enough. The riff raff in the area never really come over when your loading and unloading. If your like me and this is the closest storage then you should use it. The bad. It smells like some fake coverup scent that is horrid. Often times you can't get a cart to load and unload. They raise the rent ever 6 months. When I started it was $90 for a small unit. I currently am being charged $126. What else are you gonna do... #baylife

When I first went the price was great $96.00 a month. After eight months they went up to $108.00. Unbelievable up $12.00 for a small place. I should of been told they would be going up with their price when I first got the space. I'm on a budget. I love the area because its close to my house and its clean. They will go up again in 8 months. I was told. RIDICULOUS. I WILL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SPACE SOMEWHERE ELSE. SOON.

Came during business hours to find an office that was completely locked and empty. Waited for over 20 minutes and also tried calling several times and still no one showed up. Clearly no concern for customer service. Won't be back.

The worst bait and switch business model I have ever seen. They try to sell 10x20s that are actually two 10x10 and they call them multi-door. Yeah right....i got a resevation for a 10x20 I didn't call and ask for two 10x10s. They tried to sell me a 10x15 for more money. The carts dont work. They have no lighting. They suck.

Easy access to location. Clean and secure property. The down side to this company, they cheat you out of money. I rented a unit for 1 year. My rent basically doubled in that short period of time. No good reason, and short notice via post card. Upon move out I had 3 weeks to my month left. They would NOT refund my money. Who does this?! Worst company ever.!! The facility is quite reasonable, perhaps a bit on the pricey side, but you do have a knowledgeable staff that's accountable. The facility is new and clean and well designed. I attribute my low rating to the move-out experience. I moved out on July 2. I spoke with the manager who informed me that that I still had 2 weeks left to my month. I explained that I would not need those 2 weeks and she could credit the time back to my card. She informed me that the company did not issue refunds. Huh? Caveat Emptor! Do your research! The price seems a little high when you start but you might be willing to go for it because it 's a new and clean space. Well, that slightly higher price will grow and keep growing and you won't get a pro-rated rent if you move mid- month either (that way the company can get twice the rent for the same space). This is a clean, secure and well maintained facility. Some of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and competent, and there is one who is none of those things. Let's just say i've had a number of bad experiences with this particular person who has a lot of attitude. If you're planning on being there longer than 6 months, Aunt Esther says BEWARE children! It's kind of a scam situation, and they raise the rates approx. $10 every 6 months.
