Just stop lying please. You do not "occasionally review" the rates and increase them across the board to everyone. You raise them on each customer individually after you bait them with a lower price. If you actually reviewed the rates for everyone at the same time, you could tell your customers the specific schedule, like "we review our rates every year on this date and you can expect a price increase then". The facility is clean and nice, and when we signed up the rate was reasonable, but the rent increases were large and frequent. Eventually we moved out to someplace with better pricing. Would not recommend for long-term storage.

Just a heads up for those thinking of signing up with Extra Space Storage based on a price you see on their website. Yes, that will be your price for a month or three. Then you will be surprised to see a huge increase. I suppose they know once you have your stuff stored, moving it is a hassle so folks will usually pay the shocking increase. Well, not this guy. BE FOREWARNED: that discounted "web rate" you see online or any discounted rate the offer you in person or over the phone is just a teaser rate that is only good for 3 months. They lure you in with that "discounted rate" and then they quickly bump you back up to the full price. They didn't tell us the monthly rate would only be good for 3 months when we signed the lease. Very expensive and increases your rent within a very small amount of time. Their rooms are also smaller than advertised sometimes by multiple feet. Pros: climate controlled and clean Cons: bathrooms never worked or were always locked

This place is a bait and switch. They get you in the door with their "web" rate, which is actually an introductory rate. Apparently, they always plan to raise your rent to the full rate in short order. In my case they didn't have the size I wanted when I needed storage, so I rented a larger unit on the assurance I could transfer to a smaller/cheaper unit when one becomes available. The praise: Before I bring up my billing complaint, please note that this facility is superb: clean, well-maintained, great hours, helpful staff. Smooth elevators, convenient carts, climate controlled. The lighting and music come on when I enter my floor, which always amuses me. My stuff stays clean in here!
