The customer service is always superb, and when you walk in a friendly smile goes a long way. I have storages for work across the country and enjoy that ability to go into my local Extra Space Storage Branch to take care of any account related items. The service is courteous and professional and efficient. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy place for storage, with all the capabilities of a large company but yet is personalized by branch.
