I do not recommend this storage at all. They have horrible service and they also treat their loyal customers horrible. Everything was perfect before the new district manager came in, which is Margaret. She does not know how to run a business whatsoever and is very unprofessional. We have been very loyal customers for 25 years there and out of nowhere she changes the gate hours very unexpectedly. I do not recommend anyone renting storages there, unless you want very bad and unprofessional service.
They will raise your rent by at least 10% every couple of months so be prepared for that. There are 20 other storage businesses down the street that are better & will take care of you. Front Desk people are nice though. Management is the worst. Any 5 star reviews on here are fake without a doubt.
They don't have pushcarts so bring your own. I started rent on Sept. 2015. Today 1/11/16 I received a postcard that says my rate will increase in Feb. My rate went from $132 to $150 and it's only been 4 months. Not happy at all. I spoke to Ron (or Rob?) and asked questions. He said that they don't prorate. If I move out before my next billing cycle, they don't prorate for the remaining days. You pay for the whole month even if you move out early. The hallway in my unit is dirty whenever I go there.
