The hours that were posted before were better. I was able to come in and move things out and in, in the early morning around 5am and would close at 9pm. Now it doesn't open until 9am and it doesn't close until 6pm.

My fiance and I were in a super hurry to get a storage due to moving. When we got there Hugo attended to us as quickly as possible and explained it all completely crystal clear .He was really friendly and prompt .

I've had a storage here for about 2 years now. I've seen a lot of different people entering and exiting. When I got worried about my first unit, they were able to move me to a different unit I was absolutely comfortable with. Given the type of attraction, they were able to understand my concern and immediately gave me areas of safety. They listened to me and made sure my property was safe. They are knowledgeable, and show that they care. Thank you, Extra Space!
