I would give this place -10000000 stars if I could. Allow me to explain to you what happened to me as a customer here. Back in July 2020 I got a storage shed here to keep my belongings secure and safe while I was away for the military. Keep in mind that the storage shed was indoors locked and you also needed a code to get into the gate as well as the room that led to the hallway where my storage shed was and there were security cameras. This place is extremely bad. They have a really bad homeless issue and no one cares about your safety. I called twice and put in a complaint. No one ever cared to resolve the issue. They have a "new" indoor storage building and it is full on homeless people living there. They have their things in the hallways and block off access to the units. Staff is always outta of the office. More concerned about what your doing than cleaning the place! People that are evicted come after office is closed and stay all nite! Walking the property and most likely breaking into units! After 2-3 months jack up prices to double what i moved in for. Not all that friendly.

We have Been paying for a storage unit for almost 2 years. We have not gone back cents January when we pushed back our Christmas stuff in the storage. Today we go back to open our unit to retrieve some photos that we need for a service, and both of our keys don't work. Check the emails to make sure our payments went through and we have confirmation for the past nine months that her payments were confirmed but yet our keys can't open our unit. Never Go Here! I reserved a space online for $44 a month. First month rwnt free on a 4by5 unit. The internet tells you your reservation is good for 14 days. We even filled out the application online. Apparently, they try and call you 3 times back to back and if you do not answer they throw out your reservation!! Even with an email confirming our reservation we were just ass out. My Dad and I have two storage lockers and a shady employee around the place opened up my dads locker and stole our personal items and also rummaged through it all, leaving the place a mess. The thing that makes it worse is it really does have to be an employee because they can't open the locker without a master key and all this makes us mad, but the most frustrating fact about this occurring event is they did not notify nor get permission to enter our locker all I have to say after this huge review is screw this place they h... read more

This place is a rip off as they don't give you a one to pay off past due payments I hate how they threaten to auction your things , go else where !!

This location is awfull. Currently the gate has been broken for about a week in a half, and has yet to be fixed. Literally anyone can walk in since the gate is not operating. Theft is a concern. Margaret district manager has destabilized the storage inside out. I wouldn't be surprised if revenue plummeted. No order, no direction, no management. Buisness was great but that was the past. Horrid place. District manager Margaret came and swept up the place..no one saw her coming. Margaret fired beloved manager Sue. Currently forcing tenants that are renting storages out by increasing prices, having new restrictions and rules that limit the tenants. This place is not recommended. Loyal customers of 20-30 years phased out. Margaret has displayed indifference to all customers. Acting very unprofessionally.
