Very polite. Within a few mins after submitting my info online someone called me to go over my info to make sure it was correct. Took payment over the phone. Picked up my key same day. Viewed the unit. They knew the next day I was going to be moving my stuff in so they made sure to repower wash my unit for me. So far so good.

We got into a brand new building which is climate controlled and has additional access control. The online special price was the lowest I found and a nicer facility.

Moving from one storage facility to another is a pain in the a$$ especially when the previous storage company shortens the hours of access by 34 hours in a week! Moving storage locations will never get 5 stars in my opinion. It was a less painful move because of the longer hours of access and the drive up units that I rented.

The facility is spotless. Only once has there not been a cart for me to use. And I only had to wait for a few minutes. But there should be more than 2 available in that huge back building.
