They had the unit we wanted and the price was fair. This got us in the door. After looking around, we found that it has great access for any type of vehicle and easy in/out access to the facility. Units are clean, treated for pests regularly and great curb appearance. These items helped me feel that my items will be safe and sound.
No hassle, fast and smooth. Great customer service by Daniel. Thank you very much. I recommend anyone to stop by and check them out. We went to several places and this one was the best!
I am happy to have rented a space here again, I had one, same size 5' x 10' from October 2003- March 2004 when I relocated to The Valley when it was called All Aboard. Now they have longer gate hours and the same well lit, clean facility. My space was always dry and well secured, and I have no reason to think this has changed in the past 10 years. Daniel was a great help to me. I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a storage place near my new home but I came across this great place. Just under new management less than a year ago, these guys really seem to be in their game. Daniel was able to find just the right sized unit for me, a nice little 4x5. The girl Jessica who claims to be a manager which is a joke because she is the rudest person I have ever met. Due to terrible life events I had to move I went online and got a deal on a storage I needed more room so I got another. Now times are tough for many. I thought they were a good place and wanting to give them my business I reserved 1 more unit. Now the reservation went thru and I arrive with a U-Haul truck filled with the rest of my things. Horrible management (Jessica), rat infestation , huge crime rate . Horrible hours will not let you in rudely and raises prices ridiculous by $80-100 DON'T RENT HERE

Do not store any of your belongings here! They are the worst. the units are rat infested. Then if you have insurance they will only pay for the cleaning in which it states that it covers up to 10k but your stuff has to be damaged. I would say it's damaged with rat feces and urine on everything I own in particular to them hiring a cleaning company would help with all the bacteria in your clothes and furniture. Don't waste your hard earned money!

Storage has very limited hours. Limited staff. Does not open until 9:30. Closes before six. Difficult to get into certain areas of the premises. If you have all the time in the world and dont mind limited access to your valuables, then this place is for you. Otherwise pay the extra amount to have greater access.

This place left all of my clothes, family photos , shoes infested with RAT poop. They didn't reimburse me a dime.DO NOT come here .
