Do not store any of your belongings here! They are the worst. the units are rat infested. Then if you have insurance they will only pay for the cleaning in which it states that it covers up to 10k but your stuff has to be damaged. I would say it's damaged with rat feces and urine on everything I own in particular to them hiring a cleaning company would help with all the bacteria in your clothes and furniture. Don't waste your hard earned money!

Storage has very limited hours. Limited staff. Does not open until 9:30. Closes before six. Difficult to get into certain areas of the premises. If you have all the time in the world and dont mind limited access to your valuables, then this place is for you. Otherwise pay the extra amount to have greater access.

This place left all of my clothes, family photos , shoes infested with RAT poop. They didn't reimburse me a dime.DO NOT come here .

This place is a damn joke. Moved from Texas and found this joke of a place and within 3 months 50% of my belongings got damaged by rats. Asked manager and all they said is sorry can't help you. DONT RENT HERE!!! I promise you that you will regret it!!!!!! And by the way they will increase the rent with 0 warning!!! And not by $10-20 but by $80-100!!!

I wouldn't use this company especially this site. They are on office hours only for access also due to thefts onsite it's been couple years.. Tried to call Stanton store several times on different days no one answered the phone. When I went to checkin for my registration on my unit I reserved online they only let you use there locks to buy, I had just bought a brand new lock and know the kind you have to use but that wasn't ok. Ever since Sue left... this place has literally PLUMMETED STRAIGHT INTO THE GROUND!! Sue was the manager in charge here at this facility for MANY YEARS; she even lived in unit upstairs from the office. Sue was assertive and took crap from no ONE.. tenants included. She used to let me roll down my front Rolling gate door from time to time... due to the HIGH POPULATION IN MEN and me being a female all alone in my unit sorting my belongings out. They have had break unfortunately mine got hit sometime last week yesterday I was leaving the hospital because my wife gave birth and I was on my way to storage get there and I have trouble opening my storage and when I get it open what a surprise all my stuff stolen my new stroller and car seat generator and other things like 4000 in new clothing I don't recommend this storage they have had 200 break in this year the sheriff's told me

everyone please dont rent at this place!!! my husbands unit was broken into on oct 4. $8000 worth of machinery was taken. we filed a police report and got in contact with the insurance and havent receive any updates. we paid so much money to have our stuff safe since they say to trust our belongings. this past week they stole the catalyc converter from our truck in one of the paid parking spaces. i dont know who the management is but they need to really do something before they loose all their customers. 2 police reports hav... read more

This place is not really secure, parking space some how is afordable, it suppose to be safe to have it inside a place rather that leave it in the street but is not, they should have a gard on duty 24/7 lots of homeless people in there i have hear that a lot of people already got catalytic converter stolen and stolen stolen units
