everyone please dont rent at this place!!! my husbands unit was broken into on oct 4. $8000 worth of machinery was taken. we filed a police report and got in contact with the insurance and havent receive any updates. we paid so much money to have our stuff safe since they say to trust our belongings. this past week they stole the catalyc converter from our truck in one of the paid parking spaces. i dont know who the management is but they need to really do something before they loose all their customers. 2 police reports hav... read more

This place is not really secure, parking space some how is afordable, it suppose to be safe to have it inside a place rather that leave it in the street but is not, they should have a gard on duty 24/7 lots of homeless people in there i have hear that a lot of people already got catalytic converter stolen and stolen stolen units
Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else if you need a secure storage unit. The prices here might seem to be more affordable but it all makes sense after I read up more about this place. I only rented a space here for about 1.5 months and it was already broken in and all my stuff taken. So I immediately filed a police report and cancelled my account. Do not waste a penny on this place!! Recently had my unit broken into and wasn't even notified, had to find out from a neighbor which also had thousands of dollars worth of machinery stolen. This is an ongoing issue which the employees and company don't care to do anything about. Not only did they "update" the locks on all the units and didn't notify us until after the fact, but ever since then it's seems like a playground for these thieves. My unit was broken into. EVERYTHING stolen. No Camara's coving area and lights not working. and it wasnt just mine but 3 other people as well. On site security is crap!!! So this took time. Police are investigating because of DNA evidence and fingerprints and other left behind. Now waiting to see if the insurance they provided will at least pay me. Dont use this place.

i was in my unit and the rat poop and urine is over all my newborns brand new stuff about 2000 in damage he wasnt born yet so we put it allo in storage so i start to clean out oue stuff and get bit on my hand by rat so the office called 911 and i went to get shot they said they would pay for bikk hell no i refused to stay and they locked us out and the rest of our belongings i aske the other tenants is they had rats they all said for over a year so no they not doing anything about it one tenant gave me pics of there destroy... read more
The Customer Service has been great from the staff but the rodent issue is out of control. The rat poop can be seen inside my units and in the hallways leading up to my units. I've seen the rats running between the units on several occasions and my tubs in my units have holes in them from the rats chewing through the plastic.
