Amy, the manager, went above and beyond to help me with the move in process. She took time out of her day by staying late, after she was supposed to get off work, to answer all my questions and explain everything. I was very happy with the customer service she provided on the phone, as well as in person when I got to the facility!

The employees were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Steve was on duty when my movers arrived and was very gracious to them, me and my son. Amy was so pleasant and helpful in setting up my account and reserving my space.
