Amy and Steve are amazing, they help me and my family through a difficult time when we need a storage space. The best storage facility I've ever experienced in my life. Not only do I highly recommend this place to strangers but I will be recommending this to co-workers, Family members, and friends. One of the cleanest stored facilities I've ever seen as well.

Amy and Steve are a marvel! Accessible professional, and above all, HELPFUL! I moved household items into Extra Space at this location a second time.. Amy helped me and smoothed the way every step of the way. Steve is wonderful.He really is interested in making the process stress free. Thank you Amy and Steve.. Amy and Steve are truly wonderful! I've a had medium-sized storage unit at the SunnyOaks location since early 2018, and they've always been very friendly and accommodating. For example, I had fraud on a credit card, which was the card I used to pay Extra Storage, so I called them in a panic, worried my payment wouldn't go through and they assured me I had time to get them the new credit card info without risking the loss of my space and belongings. I did the online reservation for a storage unit via their website (super quick and easy, no pressure reservation) and within a few minutes I got a call from Steve to finalize it. He answered all my questions and clearly new his business and had just a really pleasant, warm, and welcoming demeanor. Customer service and satisfaction is clearly Extra Space Storage's main goal by hiring guys like Steve. In these crazy times, my experience with Steve was a breath of fresh air.

The staff is very nice and helpful. It is easy in and out. Plus very secure place. Signing up was easy and prices are very reasonable.

This storage location is the best place to rent a storage space! Amy is really helpful, accomodating, and friendly. She helped us book a space for us at the very last minute. Check out this location for any of your storage needs!
