They were very accommodating. Help me get things done swiftly and as easy as possible. Even changing the location so i have better access to my things. I highly recommend using this storage space.

Customer Service is excellent! Top notch. Gabriella is really great. Answered all my questions thoroughly and is very professional. She is friendly, respectful, and patient and makes the moving experience easy. Zach was also great over the phone. Overall great experience.!
Was in need of a storage unit ASAP , and this place helped me out tons , Great phone service and customer service , got me into what i wanted same day and at a great rate . They even helped me switch out my storage unit on site when I saw it wasn't exactly what I wanted . Tyler got me in and out in no time and now I have an amazing storage unit , thank you guys !!!

This is an extremely large and clean facility that is kept at a cool 66 degrees and was far more affordable than storage facilities that were in worse condition. The numbering is interesting but after finding our locker we experienced no issues. The one challenging and frustrating thing about this place is they had very few pull carts and it was almost like a contest for who would be able to find them because there were so few of them and they weren't dropped off in their designated place next to the elevator. From the first phone call to the move out, everything was fantastic. The staff was patient, courteous and very professional. Moving can be a stressful process, but booking storage did not add to the chaos. I would happily recommend Extra Space Storage for your needs. The pricing is also very competitive and the facilities are spotless. I hope to not need for a storage space in the future, but if that changes, Extra Space Storage will be my only call.

I don't review often, but worth taking this time to review ESS. I am so lucky I found Extra Storage Space in Irvine. They are not only very safe and have latest storage options but their staff is amazing and so knowledgeable. They really take time to explain all the details and how the process works. Customer service was so great! I called before and Jasmine was super helpful! She also was super helpful when we got there. We actually just needed a mattress cover, but she answered all of our questions and was really patient!
