Working with Josh at Extra Space Storage has been the only light at the end of a very dark tunnel since my stroke. If my doctor would ever allow me to have a tattoo, I would put something on my body that would say something like you need to store something securely with great people and then refer them to Josh.

My storage unit timed out and went out for auction to no fault of this company. It was my irresponsibility and lack of ability to keep track of time that caused me all this trouble. Shaun is an excellent representation of what great customer service is about, he patiently listened to the problem I had and assisted me in finding a solution. I appreciate that my issue was able to be addressed and resolved so quickly. His follow up call was immediate. Josh and his staff are great. Our move in and move out were handled well. The facility is not perfect -- there are only 2 old, slow elevators with frustrating controls and carts can be in short supply (bring your own!), so sometimes patience is needed. But the facility is well maintained and clean, and the staff is always willing to help. I would not hesitate to use it again in the future.
