Place was easy to rent from and employee Josh made the process painless. He also gave a good recommendation and input for the size of unit we would need! He was up front about the fact the building is having electric renovations/repairs, so their hours are modified. Place looks clean and the app also works great and makes unit access very easy!

Amazing experience from booking to load in at the Queen Street location. Staff is surprisingly friendly and helpful, and the facility is immaculate! Shout out to LEO who went out of his way to help us and explain things very clearly. AND he smiled the whole time even though I was in a panic. Thank you, Leo, from the bottom of my heart!

I had a great first experience with this storage company! The facility is clean, easy to access, and the move-in process was straightforward. Working with Josh at Extra Space Storage has been the only light at the end of a very dark tunnel since my stroke. If my doctor would ever allow me to have a tattoo, I would put something on my body that would say something like you need to store something securely with great people and then refer them to Josh.

My storage unit timed out and went out for auction to no fault of this company. It was my irresponsibility and lack of ability to keep track of time that caused me all this trouble.
