RecommendedI liked that the facility is climate controlled. I started with a larger unit and easily switched to a smaller one when I was ready to downsize. I don’t need a unit at this time and checking out was easy. I do have a few complaints. The building is in an area affected by high tides and flooding so it is not good if you have an electric car. Also, sometimes there aren’t enough carts and you can only go up and down using the elevator so when it’s busy there can be a long wait.

First of all customer service is above all is number 1 for me. And Joshua Alexander was very professional, helpful, friendly informative and went above and beyond to help me find the right unit to fit my needs. He is and all around a cool Dude. The facility is clean, air conditioned and secure. Loading docs are close to the elevator so you don't have to walk far. I highly recommend Extray Space Storage on Ahua for your storage needs.

even though the Kalakaua store didn't have a storage that met my budget Cam was able to get a unit at the sister store on ahua street for a good deal . The Ahua street location has a raised loading dock smooth rolling carts and the AC is niiiiiice and it seems real secure and comfortable.

I’ve been with extra space storage before and I’ve decided to rent a storage with them again! I had a great experience with them before and even now. They have made my experience really easy and fast. I was in and out with a perfect storage to fit all my needs. I not once had a problem with the facility and staff.
