Local folks are always a cut above the rest. About 2 weeks ago, I had just flown home and was picking up my brothers car which is in storage. It was supposed to be a quick trip since it's so close to airport so I left my toddler and partner at baggage claim- thinking I'd be back quickly. It had been parked for awhile and so when I got there, the battery was dead. Great Staff and Extremely Clean Units. Josh and Edward help you out the most that they can, especially during these trying times. There has been a couple times to where I need assistance and with payment or with other issues and they were quick to respond and talk me through. I would highly recommend anyone to use their storage units when its needed. Thank You!

I am a new customer, so only registered, but when I hung up the phone, I said to my staff, "now THAT is how customer service should go. Outstanding." In my own town (not where I rented today), I use two companies and one is Extra Space and great, and the other is horrible; I would move all my stuff out if I could easily. So, I chose Extra Space on a different island, and so far so good. Especially thanks to Edward.

Convenient and reasonable compared to others. Day 2 of moving stuff in to the unit and one of the two elevators was down.
