Great Staff and Extremely Clean Units. Josh and Edward help you out the most that they can, especially during these trying times. There has been a couple times to where I need assistance and with payment or with other issues and they were quick to respond and talk me through. I would highly recommend anyone to use their storage units when its needed. Thank You!

I am a new customer, so only registered, but when I hung up the phone, I said to my staff, "now THAT is how customer service should go. Outstanding." In my own town (not where I rented today), I use two companies and one is Extra Space and great, and the other is horrible; I would move all my stuff out if I could easily. So, I chose Extra Space on a different island, and so far so good. Especially thanks to Edward.

Convenient and reasonable compared to others. Day 2 of moving stuff in to the unit and one of the two elevators was down.

Edwardo is awesome, extremely helpful and friendly. The lockers are clean and the building is very safe. Rates are reasonable.

Like most things in life, rates keep increasing for storage units...even during a pandemic. That's particularly hard on a kupuna with a fixed income. A big MAHALO to Debby for helping me with this issue!

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, but their computer system likes to randomly suspend my account. My space is paid in full and I can't get my car out of storage because my access code doesn't work. This is the second time this has happened. Last time this same thing happened, I called their customer noservice 800 number and was given a temporary access code. This time, I was given an access number that doesn't work.
