Great Staff and very clean units! Staff is extremely helpful and they keep the area extremely clean! Have been here over a year without any issues. Josh was able to help me with all my questions!!!

Edwardo is awesome, extremely helpful and friendly. The lockers are clean and the building is very safe. Rates are reasonable.

Like most things in life, rates keep increasing for storage units...even during a pandemic. That's particularly hard on a kupuna with a fixed income. A big MAHALO to Debby for helping me with this issue!

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, but their computer system likes to randomly suspend my account. My space is paid in full and I can't get my car out of storage because my access code doesn't work. This is the second time this has happened. Last time this same thing happened, I called their customer noservice 800 number and was given a temporary access code. This time, I was given an access number that doesn't work. This is an excellent spot to store all of your items! I've used this place numerous times over the years and the storage options are always perfect for my needs. We've had storage space at this location for many years, starting out with Diamond Head Self Storage. The location near the airport is great for us since we only store our luggage, etc. to make our trips to Waikiki easier. Yes, it is expensive, and yes, the rates increase more often than all of us would like. Hawai'i lIfe is costly, additionally, businesses are now being hIt with increased charges due to the rail debacle. The good part is that you have access to your storage until 10:00 pm at night. The junk part is that they rarely ever have storage units close to the elevator and if they do it's probably one with a really small door.
Extremely good service. Set up covered parking for my car while traveling. Impressive security. Manager was friendly, helpful, aided me through the process patently and thoroughly. I highly recommend the place.
