Extremely good service. Set up covered parking for my car while traveling. Impressive security. Manager was friendly, helpful, aided me through the process patently and thoroughly. I highly recommend the place.

#Super Friendly # Feel like family # Best Storage Facility every# First I just want to start off by saying to the Staff/Family of 633 Ahua Street "Thank You". As a recently retired military vet after 20 years of service, I'm proud to say that hands down the staff is the best you would ever find, in specific Edwardo Ortiz. When you first pull up to the facility your going to notice how clean the outside is. But once you walk in....Yea it gets even better. This review is long overdue. Just want to say thank you to Justin for all your hard work and help. About 6 months ago my wife and I were on the mainland. We had an emergency to be able to store on of our service vehicles. Justin got us through it all. We signed papers in Kentucky for a parking space in Honolulu. Justin met with our technician, was very helpful when dropping off the vehicle. He really did go above and beyond. I was impressed with the agent on duty for his helpful explanations and nice and friendly manner of presenting the information, the fact that the storage area is airconditioned, and the security/password for getting in and out of the building as well as the lockable storage itself. It looked like a well run storage facility. I would certainly recommend it to my friends.

So here is my review of Extra Space Storage. I have been in this building long before Extra Space Storage came along. Originally it was Diamond Head Self Storage. Then of course a Hostile takeover occurred and things changed. Originally when Diamond Head Self Storage owned and operated out of this building the entire 6th floor consisted of people who ran their business's out of the storage units. We are very pleased with our choice to lease a couple spaces here. Justin Hewlett-Bloch is very out-going, friendly and a very easy going person to work with. He took all our storage needs into mind and had us taken care of in very short order. I would definitely recommend this facility and team to anyone asking for a secure place to store their property, you could not ask for a more professional team than this.

I just arrived on the island and needed a place pronto before my car arrived from the mainland. I reserved the space online and spoke with staff as I missed my reservation date. Edward and Justin were helpful and the underground garage looked clean and secured. Now I can storage personal items in the car. The first-month rent is less than $95, the only downside is the car only accessible during office hours until I can find a parking space.
