If I could give half a star or none, I would. This storage location is horrible. Customer service sucks. They need to take a management and customer relation class. First I called the number provided thru yelp and got transfer to a call center in the mainland automatically. After I got quoted over the phone, I went to this salt lake location to check out the space that I got quoted for. The customer representative name was 'Ed' he was ok trying to help us, it seems like the workers here don't have any authority to function ... read more
This place is no good for foreigners. I used this place for several years when it was owned by Diamond Head Storage. It was bought out by some nation wide company called Extra Space. When I call their number, it connects me to the mainland, and tells me they are closed. It's still 4pm here, but they are closed. So, I go to their website. Website doesn't work. So, I drive all the way to the airport to make sure I can store my car when I leave the island. Turns out Extra Space company policies are no good for foreigner... read more
