This place is in a horrible location, potholed roads before you even get into the drive way, druggy homeless living in their cars just steps away, and routinely flooded with salt water (from ocean backup) when it rains. Elevators are always fussy and breaking down, and time consuming to access. Definitely clean, well lit and safe inside. A/C "temperature control" is set to bare minimum, so FYI if you store temperature sensitive materials (ie. Med supplies). Absolute scam. They signed me up in April 2018 for $135 for a storage unit and the service agent assured me there would "small pricing increases over time." I checked my automatically billed credit card statement and since August 2018 they have without notice increased the fee to $280 - yes, they've doubled it. I called and the agent was extremely rude and said "we have every right to increase the rent it's in the agreement." So these guys tell you one thing and bury massive increases in the fine print. If I could give half a star or none, I would. This storage location is horrible. Customer service sucks. They need to take a management and customer relation class. First I called the number provided thru yelp and got transfer to a call center in the mainland automatically. After I got quoted over the phone, I went to this salt lake location to check out the space that I got quoted for. The customer representative name was 'Ed' he was ok trying to help us, it seems like the workers here don't have any authority to function ... read more

This place is no good for foreigners. I used this place for several years when it was owned by Diamond Head Storage. It was bought out by some nation wide company called Extra Space. When I call their number, it connects me to the mainland, and tells me they are closed. It's still 4pm here, but they are closed. So, I go to their website. Website doesn't work. So, I drive all the way to the airport to make sure I can store my car when I leave the island. Turns out Extra Space company policies are no good for foreigner... read more
