What a joke! The elevator at my end of the building is down for repair. My storage unit is on the 2nd floor and although I CAN ACCESS the unit the ability to place items inside, or remove items, is NOT PRACTICAL. I called for information on timeframe for repair....I was told it could be ADDITIONAL WEEKS! WHAT!!! I paid 12 months in advance for this terrible service? I rented a space here because I needed to keep my jet ski in Henderson so I didn't have to trailer it 450 miles to my home in California. I asked the employee, who I believe was the manager, the hours that renters can access the storage. She told me specifically that renters have access the property 24/7. When I drove there to drop off my jetski, I put in my access code and could not get in. Keep more rat traps in your storage units! Found a dead rat/mouse in a drawer of a dresser between clothes. Lots of rat/mouse poop in multiple spots of storage units. Things are chewed up and lights needed replaced. Jacking up rent prices every 3 months is also ridiculous and we won't be back. If I could give zero stars, I would. From the time we started here in 2019 everything was looking good and I understand inflation but over the years jacking up the prices by hundreds of dollars is really sad. I don't know where to start. If you saw my review from when I first rented a unit here about one year ago, you can see how pleased I was. Well, things went downhill within one year. First of all, the air conditioning unit / swamp cooler broke, (they advertise as a cooled unit), but things happen and they were gracious enough to give me a discount for the two months that they didn't have it operational. no security had all my things stolen from my boat over $ 1000 if you want to sleep peacefully don't leave your stuff there

This place is a joke! We were here for a year and at the end our unit was "broken into" along with some others. With the unit price you get charged for insurance in case anything happens. Well something happened so they told us to contact the insurance which we did. We had moved the majority of our stuff out but our tv along with a dryer and some frames were still in there. The tv was stolen and not only did they want pictures of the tv but they were only going to give us the cash value of the tv. We bought it a couple years... read more

Price Gouging! I rented a space for $64 in June 2020 but as of November 2020 the rent will be increased by almost 40% to $89. Shameful greed during a pandemic!

I rented a space in their "secure" lot to park my trailer. It was stolen by thieves that hacked the electronic gate and broke into the facility overnight. The apathetic response by the facility's owners/employees and the Henderson PD was very disheartening to say the least! I never received an apology from the ownership of the company. Everyone just shrugged their shoulders! My personal auto insurance covered the trailer's worth but not the contents. Be careful what you check and initial when signing their contract. Price was decent, wasn't too excited about the added cost of the insurance, but it wasn't really a big deal. What I really didn't like was the rat poop all over my stuff. Had my stuff in storage for about 6 months.
