I love this company to death. I have been with them for years. They are really nice and helpful. Answering all my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. They even called me when there was a fire in the building to make sure my stuff was ok. Now the only down side was when I was able to take all my things out of their there were a bunch of mice dropping. I know it is a hard thing to control what people store. Extra Space Storage really helped us out during our move between homes to temporarily store items. The staff was friendly and the access to our storage unit was simple. Thanks for the ease and convenience during our transition.
Friendly staff, great rates and plenty of variety of sizes you need. They have flat bed carts for use that helps you just have to hunt them down. Clean facility, key code to enter an exit, a/c units.
The people are very friendly and helpful. I feel like my things are secure here.... when I called they gave me exact quote with all the fees that is included. It's greatly priced and I so far like it. I recommend.
They were so incredibly helpful, and made all of our moving/storing an easy and smooth process.
James at Extra Space Storage on Galleria was the pinnacle of professionalism. Not only did he take me around on the golf cart to allow me to hand select the unit of my choosing, but he also provided excellent reccommendations for good eats to this out-of-towner. Much appreciation to this stellar crew!
