James was awesome! Very helpful and upfront with explaining the costs associated with renting a storage room (not like another one I called and visited). Took the time to show me the unit location and then walked back with me to put the lock on the door! Conveniently located. Seems to be an older facility but clean and well maintained.

I was looking for a storage all day and just before 5pm, I found this place. I was referred from another location of Extra Space Storage. Kim at the lease office was very helpful. She tried to get me, really, the better deal. Storage is in safe location, looks like taken care of well (clean), so I would recommend this place if you are looking for a storage.

James at Extra Space Storage was amazing. He toured the location with us and showed us two different options for storage size we needed. Was really informative and knowledgeable. I would definitely let others know to use this Extra Space Storage location and to ask for James!

In March of last year I rented a 5'×10' on the 2nd floor of Building B. I paid a full year in advance as I could not afford the continual monthly increases that many are given. Approximately 2 months ago I received an email informing that work was to be completed on the elevator that brings renters to the 2nd floor. From bad to bad...... Spoke with a "higher level" representative of this joke facility earlier this morning in reference to the elevator repairs being performed in Building B. During THIS conversation I was again told that there is an additional elevator at the other end of the building that could still be used despite the inconvenience to disabled renters. What a joke! The elevator at my end of the building is down for repair. My storage unit is on the 2nd floor and although I CAN ACCESS the unit the ability to place items inside, or remove items, is NOT PRACTICAL. I called for information on timeframe for repair....I was told it could be ADDITIONAL WEEKS! WHAT!!! I paid 12 months in advance for this terrible service? I rented a space here because I needed to keep my jet ski in Henderson so I didn't have to trailer it 450 miles to my home in California. I asked the employee, who I believe was the manager, the hours that renters can access the storage. She told me specifically that renters have access the property 24/7. When I drove there to drop off my jetski, I put in my access code and could not get in.
