They were so incredibly helpful, and made all of our moving/storing an easy and smooth process.
James at Extra Space Storage on Galleria was the pinnacle of professionalism. Not only did he take me around on the golf cart to allow me to hand select the unit of my choosing, but he also provided excellent reccommendations for good eats to this out-of-towner. Much appreciation to this stellar crew!

James was awesome! Very helpful and upfront with explaining the costs associated with renting a storage room (not like another one I called and visited). Took the time to show me the unit location and then walked back with me to put the lock on the door! Conveniently located. Seems to be an older facility but clean and well maintained.
I was looking for a storage all day and just before 5pm, I found this place. I was referred from another location of Extra Space Storage. Kim at the lease office was very helpful. She tried to get me, really, the better deal. Storage is in safe location, looks like taken care of well (clean), so I would recommend this place if you are looking for a storage.

There is a high staff turn over and prices increase every 2 months. The Lead Manager Denise has a distasteful disregard for resolving compliants. Facility is clean and secured pricing is ridiculous
